media watercolour or acrylics or drawing A Fresh Spirit Artwork.A Fresh Spirit Artwork is based in Galston in the beautiful Hills District of Sydney, Australia. Jeanette Prout has lived in the Galston district for over 20 years. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education and a Fine Arts Certificate. Jeanette is an active exhibiting member with Arcadian Artists and Artisans Inc, The Willandra Art Society, The Castle Hill Art Society and the Workshop Arts Centre at Willoughby. Jeanette specialises in painting with acrylics and watercolours and appreciates a wide range of painting styles. Influenced by artists such as Charles Reid, Jean Dobie, Helen Goldsmith, Patrick Carroll, Ingrid Haydon, Frank Hodgkinson and a great admirer of the work of Richard Diebenkorn. A Fresh Spirit Artwork incorporates watercolour, acrylic
paint, charcoal, pencil and mixed media. Jeanette draws upon
emotions and experiences of local landscapes to transcend the feelings
to others through her art. Jeanette's work is influenced from her
travels and the surrounding beauty of the Australian landscape, all
her artworks are infused with a wonderful sense of colour and serenity. The painting range shown for this season are mainly done in acrylic
paint.
